NC is an SAA state; this office (email apprenticeshipnc@nccommunitycolleges.edu) is the authority for every registered HVAC/electrical/plumbing sponsor in the Triangle and has a county-based consultant lookup. Best single phone call for a Raleigh seeker who doesn't know where to start. Same office covers HVAC and plumbing sponsors.
